CuZn5 is a copper alloy with good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and plasticity. Higher strength than pure copper (but it is low in common brass), and easy to cold. Hot pressure machining, easy forming, welding, forging and tinning, no stress corrosion cracking tendency.
Cuzn10 is similar to H96 but slightly stronger than H96. It has good mechanical properties and pressure handling performance. The surface treatment is very good. It can be gold plated metal and enamel.
CuZn20 belongs to German standard brass, the implementation of the standard DIN 17660-1983CuZn20 ordinary brass has higher strength, better plasticity, higher corrosion resistance, used as thin wall pipe, corrugated pipe paper mesh and building supplies.
CuZn30 brass has very good plasticity (is the best in brass) and high strength, good machinability, easy to weld, very stable to general corrosion, but easy to corrosion cracking. CuZn30 brass is used in heat exchangers, paper tubes, machinery, electronic parts.
