The product has the traditional function of tin bronze bearings, using electrolytic copper as the raw material and various trace metal elements. It is sintered at high temperature and processed by air pressure centrifugal casting. High hardness, excellent wear resistance, less prone to biting, good casting and cutting performance, and good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. In the absence of lubricants and the use of water-based lubricants, the sliding and self-lubricating properties are good, easy to cut, poor casting performance, and good corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid. General purpose structural components, castings with simple appearance used in ships, instruments, etc., such as sleeves, bushings, bearing shells, sliding blocks, etc.
Tin bronze copper sleeve refers to the copper sleeve made of tin bronze. Tin bronze generally contains between 3 and 14 percent tin and is mainly used to make elastic components and wear-resistant parts. Deformed tin bronze contains no more than eight percent tin, and sometimes phosphorus, lead, zinc and other elements are added. Adding lead to tin bronze can improve machinability and wear resistance, and adding zinc can improve casting performance.
This alloy has high mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, easy machining, brazing and welding performance, small shrinkage coefficient, non-magnetic. With high strength, corrosion resistance and excellent casting performance, it has been widely used in various industrial sectors for a long time.
