Brass H90 has fine luster, good workability, extensibility, corrosion resistance. Not easy to crack aging, can be used in building materials, personal accessories, cosmetic accessories, water heater water tank, horn lock, zipper head, bullet, car lamp cap. Brass H90 has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, can withstand hot and cold processing, and easy to tin plating, mainly used for radiator hot and cold pipe material and radiator wave belt. Brass H90 and H96 similar performance, slightly higher strength, can be gold-plated, used for a variety of drainage pipes, bimetallic pieces and MEDALS, artwork, etc.
C22000 has very good cold forming properties and is well suited for e.g. coinage, beating, embossing. This alloy has a higher strength as pure copper. It has good welding and brazing properties as well as a good corrosion resistant and is not fragile to stress corrosion and dezincification. C22000 is principally used in jewelry, metal goods, and watch industry and in electronic industry for installation parts. We produce qualities with grain sizes below 5 mm if needed.

Leaded brass is a complex brass with lead as the main additive element. It is a combination of Cu, Pb, Al and Zn4 non-ferrous metals in a certain ratio. Lead is rarely solidly soluble in Cu-Zn alloy, and exists as an independent phase in the alloy. The free particles are distributed in grain boundaries and crystals, which not only lubricates the metal, but also makes the chips break, which can improve the cutting property and wear resistance of brass. The workability of leaded brass is proportional to the lead content, but when the lead content exceeds 3%, the workability of copper is no longer significantly improved, and the hardness, strength and elongation of brass are reduced. Therefore, the main properties of lead brass can be summarized as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good toughness.
