440C Steel Heat treatment.
Heat treatment specification: 1) annealing,800 ~ 920ºC slow cooling; 2) quenching,1000 ~ 1050ºC oil cooling; 3) Tempering,200 ~ 300ºC oil, air cooling. Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by martensitic type. Delivery condition: Generally delivered in heat treatment condition, the type of heat treatment indicated in the contract; If not indicated, the goods shall be delivered in non-heat treatment condition.
440C Steel Characteristic.
