Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a reasonable structure to ensure that the screwdown device can work well. There are two types of screwdown nut structures: integral and combined.
Pressing down nuts is also applied to electric screw presses, which are forging equipment with strong process applicability. Its structure uses screws and copper nuts as transmission mechanisms, and relies on screw transmission to transform the forward and reverse rotation motion of the flywheel into the reciprocating motion of the slider. It is a forging machinery. During operation, the electric motor accelerates the flywheel rotation to store energy, while pushing the slider downward through screws and copper nuts.
