Application

It is used to manufacture important quenched and tempered parts with good toughness, high strength and large size, such as shafts bearing high load in heavy machinery, turbine shafts, blades with diameter greater than 250mm, transmission parts with high load, fasteners (screws, bolts, studs, etc.), crankshafts, gears, etc; It can also be used for rotor shafts and blades with operating temperature exceeding 400 ° C. In addition, it can also be nitrided to manufacture important parts with special requirements. The steel has poor cold deformation property and good hot pressure processing property. Generally, the screw and bolt head are processed by hot upsetting. The cutting performance of the material is medium.

Heat treatment
