Medium carbon quenched and tempered structural steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching and tempering. The hardenability, strength and toughness are higher than 1045 steel, the cold deformation plasticity is low, the weldability is poor, and the temper brittleness tendency. It is applied to rotary shaft, spindle, spline shaft, automobile half shaft, universal joint shaft, crankshaft, connecting rod, brake lever, meshing rod, gear, clutch, bolt, nut, etc. |

It is used for large size coil springs, leaf springs, various round flat springs, spring rings, sheets, cold-drawn steel wires and springs. |

The strength, hardness, elasticity and hardenability of steel 1065 are higher than that of steel 1065. It has the tendency of overheating sensitivity and temper brittleness, and water quenching has the tendency to form cracks. The machinability of the annealed state is acceptable, and the cold deformation plasticity is low. The plate spring under medium load has a diameter of 7-20mm coil spring, spring washer and spring ring.
