Fully carburized heat treated inner and outer diameter grinding, strong toughness, ultra wear-resistant, stable quality suitable for: cylinder pistons. SCM415 chrome molybdenum alloy steel has undergone carburization treatment, with a surface hardness of HRC62-64 degrees. It is a pearlitic heat resistant steel with high strength, slightly low toughness, high endurance strength, good workability and cold strain plasticity, and acceptable weldability. It is generally used in normalized and high-temperature tempered conditions
