characteristic

The microstructure of 15CrMo steel in normal supply state is ferrite plus pearlite. During the long-term operation of 15CrMo steel in the working temperature range of 500 ºC - 550 ºC, pearlite spheroidization, redistribution of alloy elements between solid solution and carbide, and change of carbide phase structure will occur. The thermal strength and mechanical properties of 15CrMo steel will gradually decrease with the increase of pearlite spheroidization and depletion of alloy elements in solid solution, As a result, the material becomes worse and even invalid.
