2. Size and shape detection:
-Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring instruments to accurately measure the dimensions of forged wheels, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the drawings. -Check the shape and positional tolerances of the forged wheel, such as roundness, cylindricity, runout, etc.
3. Surface quality inspection:
-Inspect the quality of the forging wheel surface, such as cracks, folds, and oxide scales, by visual inspection or using tools such as magnifying glasses and microscopes. -For forged wheels after surface treatment, it is also necessary to check the uniformity and adhesion of the coating or plating.
4. Internal quality inspection:
