Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for heat exchange between liquid and steam. The utility model has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small floor area, wide application, long service life, etc. Under the same pressure loss, the heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tube heat exchanger, the floor area is one third of the tube heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90%.

Our company has more than 150 models of plates including different corrugation shapes, angles and corrugation depth of plates, and every plate has corresponding mould. The materials of the plates include SS304, SS316L, titanium, Hastelloy Alloy, NI and 254MO and so on. The thickness of the plates is 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm. We have rigorous pressing plate technologies. The tolerance of shaped plates is less than 0.3mm, the burring height is less than 0.2mm when blanking, and we will carry on the quality test of the shaped plates with magnifying glass and diagnostic machine.
