Product Introduction

Production Process

1. Forging deformation process:

- Cutting: Prepare the original blank according to the required specifications and dimensions for forging, usually using sawing machines, cutting machines and other cutting equipment. - Heating: Heat the original blank to the temperature required for forging to improve the plasticity of the metal. Commonly used heating equipment include flame furnaces, electric furnaces, etc.

 

2. Forging deformation process:

- Forming: Plastic deformation of the blank is performed on various forging equipment (such as hammers, presses, roll forging machines, etc.) to form the required forging shape.

 

3. Post-forging deformation process:

- Cooling: After forging deformation, the forging needs to be cooled to stabilize its size and structure. - Trimming and punching: Trimming and punching the forging to remove excess material and form the required holes. - Heat treatment: According to the performance requirements of the forging, appropriate heat treatment, such as normalizing, quenching, etc., is performed to improve its mechanical properties. - Correction: Correct the forging to ensure the accuracy of its size and shape. -

Surface cleaning: remove the oxide scale and dirt on the surface of the forging to ensure its surface quality.

 

4. Quality inspection: quality inspection is carried out between each process and before the forging leaves the factory, including measuring dimensions, surface quality, metallographic structure and mechanical properties.
