The production process of special-shaped steel pipes is like a carefully choreographed dance, and each step is full of the fusion of technology and wisdom.

The first is the selection of raw materials. High-quality steel is the cornerstone of high-quality special-shaped steel pipes. Steel with good ductility and strength is usually selected to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processing.

 

Next, enter the key forming link. In this process, a variety of advanced technologies are used, such as cold bending and hot extrusion. Cold bending gradually bends the steel through the mold to gradually present a special-shaped outline; hot extrusion is to extrude the steel into the desired shape under high temperature and high pressure. The formed steel pipe also needs to be precisely welded. Advanced welding technology can ensure the firmness and uniformity of the weld, and ensure the overall strength and sealing of the steel pipe.

 

Then comes the heat treatment link. Through annealing, quenching and other

processes, the internal organizational structure of the steel pipe is improved and its mechanical properties are improved.
