Introduce

Seamless square tube is a long steel strip with a hollow section and no seams around it. The inside of the pipe is hollow, with a certain cross-sectional area set. A large number of pipes are used for conveying fluids, such as oil, natural gas, gas, water, and some solid materials. When subjected to internal or external radial pressure, the circular section bears relatively uniform forces, so the vast majority of steel pipes are circular pipes. However, circular pipes also have certain limitations. For example, under planar bending conditions, circular pipes are not as strong as square and rectangular pipes in bending strength. Some agricultural machinery skeletons, steel and wood furniture, etc., are commonly used in square and rectangular pipes.

Galvanizing method for seamless steel pipes
There are two major categories: hot galvanizing and electrogalvanizing. Hot galvanizing includes wet method, dry method, lead zinc method, oxidation reduction method, etc.
The main difference between different hot dip galvanizing methods is what method is used to activate the surface of the steel pipe to improve the galvanizing quality after the steel pipe is pickled and cleaned. Currently, dry method and oxidation reduction method are mainly used in production.
The zinc layer of electrogalvanizing has a smooth, dense surface and uniform structure; Good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance; Zinc consumption is 60% to 75% lower than that of hot galvanizing. Electrogalvanizing has certain technical complexities, but this method must be used for single sided plating, double sided plating with different thicknesses on the inner and outer surfaces, and thin walled pipe galvanizing.

 Delivery Condition: 

+C(BK)	Cold drawn/hard.After the last cold forming,no heat treatment.
+LC(BKW)	Cold drawn/soft.After the last heat treatment follows the cold drawing there is a light finishing pass.
+SR(BKS)	Cold drawn and stress relieved annealed. After the final cold drawing process the tubes are stress relieved annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
+A(GBK)	After the final cold drawing process the tubes are stress relieved annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
+N(NBK)	Normalized. After the last cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
